So lots of you on instagram have asked me to start a blog so I can share my recipes and tips more easily…so here it is. Going to take me a while to get all the recipes in place…but I am going to give this a go. Lets start with a little peek into my fridge, which is nice and full after a productive prep day.
Today I made:
- Shallot Boneless Baked Chicken Thighs
- Herbs de Provence Baked Chicken Thighs
- Sliced Brussels
- Ginger Scallion sauce
- Oven Baked Cauli Rice
- Mason Jar Meals
- Seasoned ground turkey
- Cauli Mash
- Bone Broth
PG99 Tip: I keep a Veggie Bin in my fridge…it is a large stainless hotel pan. I keep it filled with all of the veggies I use regularly for my soups, sautes and chopped salad…like cucumber, daikon, red radish, watermelon radish, yellow squash…to name a few. Then when I am ready to prepare a meal, I pull it out and start chopping…so handy!
