Buffalo cut chicken wings

Recently my husband has started making oven baked chicken wings and they are so good that we fight over them in our household!  Guess that means we need to make more!!

Oven Baked Buffalo Cut Chicken Wings

  • Buy buffalo cut chicken wings…we buy Bell & Evans and usually make 3 pkgs at a time.
  • Rinse the wings and place them in a large prep bowl…we like stainless.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and onion powder (we keep a mixture of the 3 in a shaker by the stove…my husband’s secret blend!)  Toss the wings with the oil and spices.
  • Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.  I love the pre-cut parchment baking sheets by If You Care.  I get them at Fresh Market, but you can get them online too. They are useful for so many things!
  • Bake at 375 for 1 hour.

These are simple but delicious and strangely addictive…you just can’t eat a few!
