Not soup!!! My husband smoked @floridafreshmeatcompany pastures ribs. Paired them with toasty brussels and cauli rice. I don’t eat pork often but when he makes ribs I have to indulge. This was. Guess what?! More soup!!! Yes. The jag continues. This is turkey and cauli rice with toms of veggies like turnip, celeriac, potato mint tuber, parsnip, carrot to name a few. And here s/he is. The butterfly that just came out of the chrisalys I mentioned in my last post. Been watching it for days now. Had turned from green to black this am so I knew it was close. Checked on it just after s/he emerged. Wish I had captured the moment of emergence. Reminded me that even in very dark times there are moments of beauty to enjoy.
